[WEB] [Forgot Password] Accessing Password Reset Link from Email

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and go to "https://dearjob.org".
2. Navigate to the login section.
3. Click on "Forgot Password?".
4. Enter the registered user's email and click "Submit".
5. Check the registered email for the password reset link.
6. Click on the password reset link received in the email.

**Actual Result:**
- Clicking on the password reset link from the received email redirects to a page displaying "You are not authorized to access this page."

**Expected Result:**
- Clicking on the password reset link from the email should redirect the user to the password reset page without any authorization errors. The user should be directly led to the password reset section, allowing them to reset their password securely.
