[WEB][Search Details-Apply Job] Limit the Number of Simultaneous Job Applications for Priority Account

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered JOB SEEKER email ID and password, then click on the login button or press enter.
4. After successful login, on the homepage, ensure the account is a "Priority" account with an active subscription (subscribed).
5. On the homepage, there are two search fields to filter job results based on skill, job title, and location.
6. Click on the "Search" button to open the job posts page.
7. Upon opening the job posts page based on search criteria, the "Refine By" section on the left side of the page provides search filters for each section.

**Actual Result:**
- A user with a "Priority" account (subscribed) has privileges to apply for multiple jobs simultaneously.
- However, there is no limit set for the number of jobs that can be applied to at the same time.

**Expected Result:**
- Users with a "Priority" account should be limited to applying for a maximum of 5 jobs simultaneously.
- When a user attempts to apply for more than 5 jobs at once, a message like a snackbar container should be displayed, stating, "Maximum 5 jobs can be applied at a time," to inform the user about this limit and ensure a smoother application process.
