[WEB] [ALL] Keyboard "Enter" Key Behavior on OTP Validation Page

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the registration page (e.g., "https://dearjob.org/register").
2. Complete the necessary details for registration as a job seeker, employer, or staffing consultancy.
3. Proceed to the OTP validation page.
4. Enter the OTP in the provided input field.
5. Press the "Enter" key on the keyboard.

**Actual Result:**
Pressing the "Enter" key on the keyboard after entering the OTP does not trigger the submission of the OTP for validation. The submission has to be done manually by clicking on the "Submit" button.

**Expected Result:**
Pressing the "Enter" key on the keyboard after entering the OTP should trigger the submission of the OTP and initiate the validation process, equivalent to clicking on the "Submit" button.
