Description

**Steps:**
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "Register" link in the menu tab.
3. From the available registration options, choose "JobSeeker."
4. Fill in the required details in the "Basic Details," "Education Details," "Skill Set," and "Employment Details" sections, and proceed to the "Work Authorization" section.

**Actual Result:**
In the "Work Authorization" section, there are radio buttons for selecting different types of visa authorization. There is also an "Other" option that allows users to enter additional or unmentioned visa types. However, when attempting to enter a visa type that contains special characters, such as "-", or spaces, such as "EB-1 visa" or "eb1 visa," the system does not accept the input and displays a validation error message stating, "Please Enter Valid Work Authorization." Users are unable to add visa types with special characters or spaces.

**Expected Result:**
Users should be able to enter visa types that contain special characters, such as "-", and spaces, as long as the input corresponds to a valid visa type. The system should allow for the entry of visa types in their original format, enhancing the user experience during registration.
