[Web/Mobile] [Staffing Consultancy] Default subject, email body for marketing hot list email

1. Login as SC
2. Go to Hotlist -> Select hotlist and DL and click [Preview Marketing email] button

Actual result: Subject is "Enter subject here"
Description shows: "Dear Vendors, below is our employee .......deployment"

Expected result:
Subject is "Today's hot list"
Description shall be same: "Dear Vendors, below is our employee .......deployment"

But without typing description again, user is unable to send email. Although description is there by default, it is considering as blank value.
