[Web][All areas]Tab navigations should include radio button fields.

Steps:
One of the example:
1. Open the Website https://dearjob.org
2. Click on 'Register' in menu Tab
3. Click on 'Job Seeker' area.
4. In the 'basic details', after giving 'confirm password', click the 'Tab' button

Actual Result:
When clicking 'tab' button, its bypassing the radio button fields and moving to next field.
Eg: Instead of moving to the gender, its bypassing or skipping the gender which is a radio-button and highlighting 'Save & Next' button.

Expected Result:
Tab navigations should include radio button fields also.
When clicking 'tab' button, it shouldn't bypass the radio button fields. Instead, it should highlight radio button fields also.
Eg: When clicked on 'tab' button after entering 'confirm password', it should move to gender radio-button.
