[Web][Jobseeker] Issues in "Add Education"

1. Login as Jobseeker
2. Go to Edit profile - > Add Education section

Issue 1:
While editing existing education, details are getting updated even before [Submit] in background. When clicked on [Cancel] changes area not reflecting back.

Issue 2:
For University: Select "Other" and enter "Princeton University" (This university is not available in dropdown). After submitting the education, login to Admin->Masters->Universities and check if "Princeton University" is added to list. New University is not added to admin page. Expected is this university shall be added to list.
