[Web][Jobseeker] Issues in 'Add Employment' section

Description
1. Login as Jobseeker
2. Go to Edit profile->Add Employment section->Click on Edit on existing employment tile.
3. Start editing few details
Issue 1:
While editing, details are already updating in background with out clicking [Submit].
Even if [Cancel] is clicked, details are already updated.
Issue 2:
Employment end date is accepting future date.
