[Web][Admin] Created interview FAQ's are not in order of creation

Description
1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Master->Interview FAQ
3. Open any course (Ex: Jira). Jira has already 3 interview questions
4. Click on [Add FAQ] and add a new question and answer, then [Submit]
5. Try to add another question.
Actual result:
Added 4th question shows as 1st question in list.
Expected result:
Should add FAQ in 4th position.
Newly added question shall display in last position.
Now the basic question "What is Jira" should be as Question 1, but it went to 3rd position.
Once we add 50+ question, the basic question goes to 50th position.
