[WEB] [SC-Home Page] Tab Naming Correction

**Steps:**

1. Open a web browser and navigate to "https://dearjob.org".
2. Click on the login page in the menu and log in using staffing consultancy email and password.
3. Upon successful login, observe the homepage where the search functionality is available, displaying two tabs.

**Actual Result:**

The tabs are labeled as follows:
- "Jobseeker" tab is labeled incorrectly; it should route to job search functionality for job seekers.
- "Employer" tab is also inaccurately labeled; it should route to profile search functionality for employers.

**Expected Result:**

The naming of the tabs should be updated as follows:
- The "Jobseeker" tab should be renamed to "Search Jobs" to accurately represent the functionality catering to job seekers.
- The "Employer" tab should be renamed to "Search Profiles" to accurately represent the functionality intended for employers to search profiles.
