[WEB] [Home Page] Unavailability of "Apply Now" Button

**Steps:**

1. Open a web browser and navigate to "https://dearjob.org".
2. Ensure no user is logged in. If logged in, perform a logout to proceed further.
3. Search for jobs based on job title, skills, location, or combinations like skill and location or job title and location.
4. Select a job from the search results to open the "Search Details" page, displaying a list of job posts, including imported and posted jobs.
5. Click on any posted job to view the job details.

**Actual Result:**

For posted jobs displayed on the "Search Details" page, the "Apply Now" button is not visible when the user is logged out. The option to apply for the job is unavailable unless the user is logged in.

**Expected Result:**

Even when a user is logged out, the "Apply Now" button should be visible for posted jobs on the "Search Details" page. Clicking on the "Apply Now" button when logged out should prompt the user to log in before allowing the job application process to ensure a seamless application experience.
