Test Case Description:
No error message is being shown when clicked on "Proceed" button when there is not data entered in the form

Expected Output:
The message "Please enter Details" should be visible when the user clicks on "Proceed" when the form is empty

Actual Output:
No Error message is shown when clicked on "Proceed" when the form is empty.

Reproduce the issue in StoreX → Location by leaving the form empty and clicking “Proceed.” Trace the form and button entry points from that screen, then verify that the expected “Please enter Details” message appears for an empty submission.
