Issue in White board

Issue in location :-I didn't enter landmark and area when I click on proceed it was not showing any pop up like "please enter Area "and when I click on tab it was showing In this
Expected resuIt :-The user must enter area and land mark when he click on procced "please enter Area" as a pop up
Actual Result :-When I didnt enter Area and location it was not moving futher when I click backward it was showing this

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the White board location step with Area and landmark empty, then trace the Proceed and backward flows; done means the user cannot proceed and sees a clear “please enter Area” validation popup.
