Store X Saving & Proceeding

There is a significant delay when saving the forms.

When a user uploads data into a form and clicks "Proceed," there is no immediate "Saved" notification. If the user navigates to the dashboard and returns to the form, it appears empty. After about 30 seconds, the notification "Saved Successfully" appears, and the filled form is displayed.

The issue names no files, tests, entry points, or technologies. Start by reproducing the form upload and "Proceed" flow, then trace saving and the dashboard return path. Done means the form saves without the apparent 30-second delay, shows a timely success notification, and retains its data when revisited.
