Issue :- After selecting the services when we entered into last page there no submit button or when we click on previous there is no page

Actual output :- In my categories when we select the categories or services of 32 pages when enter to the last page of the my categories there is no submit button and also when we click on the previous button there is no action is taking

Expected Output :- After selecting the categories services it should show the submit button and when we click on the previous it should redirect to the previous

Reproduce the My Categories flow described in issue #193 by selecting services across the 32 pages and reviewing the attached video. Trace the last-page and Previous-button behavior from the affected UI entry point. Done means the final page shows Submit and Previous returns to the preceding page.
