Issue :- In Company Name input box it takes special characters .

Actual output :- When we enter the special characters it is accepting with out giving warning.

Expected ouput :- When we enter the special characters it should not accept & it gives the warning like "please enter valid name".

Start by reproducing the issue in the Company Name input box described in issue #149 and review the attached screenshot. Trace the input's validation entry point and verify that special characters are rejected with the warning "please enter valid name". Done means valid company names still work and invalid special-character input is blocked with the warning.
