Issue :- After entering all the input box of the additional info when we click submit button it is enabling added success fully after clicking the submit button but it not redirecting to the next page

Actual output :- when i entered all the input boxes of the additional info after clicking on the submit button it is not redirecting to the next page

Expected Output :- After clicking the submit button of additional button it should redirect to the next page
