drop the prefix

I doubt anyone will use more than one sort lib on a table at once. Therefore i would rather go the approach to use `data-sort` attributes, that are just standard and drop the `ay` custom prefix.

Start by locating where the table-sort implementation reads or generates the current `ay`-prefixed attributes. Change that behavior to use standard `data-sort` attributes, then verify sorting still works with the new attribute format.
