remove NuGet binaries for Module - should be a choco package

I think embedding the Nuget and other PS Providers is sub-optimal.

The most manageable way is to:
- create a dedicated Chocolatey Package for those binaries, via AU.
- Rename this package with a sweeter name :)
- Allow the Install-Chocolatey to take a Feed URL to build the ODATA query (or just DL bin) and install from there here

Start by locating the Install-Chocolatey entry point and the module build or packaging configuration. Review how NuGet and other PowerShell Provider binaries are currently embedded, then investigate AU and Chocolatey package conventions. Done should include a dedicated package, a renamed package, and a defined way for Install-Chocolatey to use a feed URL.
