Hot Reload only works after changing files multiple times, very annoying.

Did you notice that with `react-hot-loader 3` you have to modify and save files multiple times before the browser hot reloads?

This is very annoying behavior and definitely a show stopper.

Are you aware of this and is there a fix?

You can easily reproduce this with this repo (and Windows 10).

Reproduce the issue using the linked repository with react-hot-loader 3 on Windows 10. Start by inspecting the live-editing setup and its file-change handling; done means the browser hot reloads after a single file modification and save.
