Description
[Possible fixes](https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/kss/content/kss_adminguide_message_modifiers.htm) describes possibility to fix wrong (non-rfc) messages.
Check whether used [go-syslog](https://github.com/mcuadros/go-syslog) process this cases and fix them otherwise
