Investigate adding debugging support

Debugging a lazy language can be tricky, there are, however, tools like PAKCS that support stepwise evaluation and could be used as a backend to a debug adapter. Once such a debug adapter is in place, integrate it into this extension.

Start by investigating PAKCS and its support for stepwise evaluation. Determine how a debug adapter could use that backend and how it would integrate into the VS Code extension. Done means the extension provides an integrated debug adapter for the Curry language.
