Description
To implement the layout rule, a reasonable approach might be to implement a preprocessing step that desugars constructs like
```haskell
let x = 4
y = 3
in x + y
```
to
```haskell
let { x = 4; y = 3 } in x + y
```
before the lexing takes place.
