Description
Calling super.<method>() in a virtual function in Godot Dart currently doesn't actually call the underlying engine class's super function. It instead calls a placeholder function that returns a default value.

Research direction
Start by reproducing a call to super.() from a Godot Dart virtual method, then trace how that call reaches the underlying engine class versus the placeholder function. Done means virtual methods invoke the engine superclass implementation and no longer return the placeholder's default value.
