Event verification always fails

Not sure why that is.

The signature process is OK and yields same results as go-nostr library but verification always fails. Doesn't matter whether the note is a new outgoing or an incoming text note.

For clarification, the random component was temporarily made static to compare the dart and go signatures correctly.

Start by reproducing verification for both new outgoing and incoming text notes, using the temporarily static random component to compare Dart results with go-nostr. Done means signatures generated by the Dart implementation verify successfully and remain consistent with the go-nostr results.
