Need a "do not contact" flag for contacts

Sometimes we want to keep track of a contact that was useful in the past but has changed positions, or we want to document a personal contact without signing them up for future emails.

A "do not contact" checkbox, that keeps a contact in the database but keeps them off of Hackerforce email lists, would provide a solution to this problem.
