Description
Currently, old repository versions stay around indefinitely, consuming space using the default storage class. Once [backups](https://github.com/fullstaq-labs/fullstaq-ruby-infra/issues/10) are implemented, we should periodically garbage collect older versions. "Older versions" means versions older than the latest 5, and at the same time also older than 2 months.
