Description
В шаблоне можно сфомрировать структуру, по которой будет требоваться перед открытием PR заводить ишью и там обсуждать сам факт внесения изменений. В шаблоне ишью можно будет формализовать, какие именно части вопросов надо осветить, чтобы начать обсуждение предложенной темы.
