Room filtering based on availability excludes rooms with "Cancelled" reservation status

This is a weird one, these fields shouldn't interfere with one another. Currently knee deep in a refactor so I'll have to backburner this, but will check out soon. Had cancelled two reservations during some testing, then attempted to filter for a room in the same time interval as the previously cancelled reservations. The room did not appear in the list, even though it technically should.
