Description
Composite objects in GCSFs doesn't have a md5 hash, so it kinda feels weird that the default consistency is md5 (also it never gets used since most of the operations around it is done by _open which passes the consistency as either None or the instance's consistency [defaults to also None]). Maybe it should be crc32, or None (just like the GCSFileSystem).

Research direction
Start by locating the GCSFile class and its _open method, then compare its default consistency with GCSFileSystem. Determine whether composite objects require crc32 or no default consistency, and verify the chosen behavior across the operations that pass consistency explicitly.
