Description

The setup for the sftp test takes a while.

I think that the rather than doing the setup like installing openssh-server in the ssh fixture, we could have a Dockerfile and a pre-built image.

Ideally, the test fixture would just be starting the container.

Research direction

Start by locating the sftp tests and their ssh fixture, then inspect how the fixture installs openssh-server. Compare that setup with a Dockerfile and pre-built image; done means the fixture starts the container and the sftp tests pass without performing the slow installation.
