Redirection Page


### Description of issue
When redirecting to cart page in index page. It throws an 404 error.

### Expected result
When clicking cart page. It should redirect to signup page and shouldn't throw error.

### Actual result
Throwing 404 ( page not found ) error.

### Steps to reproduce
1. when I click the cart page button without the sign up;
2. It shows the 404.

Start with index.html and reproduce the cart-button flow from the linked deploy preview in Chrome. Trace the cart link or button to determine why the signup redirect reaches a 404. Done means clicking the cart page while signed out opens the signup page without an error.
