profile edit saving with no content


### Description of issue

we can save name and number without entering data.
### Expected result

save button should not work without entering data.
### Actual result

it is saving without data.
### Steps to reproduce
1. go to profile page
2. click the edit button
3. delete existing data
4. save it
5. it will save without even adding content in it

Open /pages/sign-in/real-profile.html and inspect the profile edit form and its save behavior. Reproduce the issue by deleting the existing name and number, then saving; done means the save action is blocked when those fields contain no data.
