error in suggest part

### Description of issue
1. In readme file, it is mentioned to navigate to suggest page, but I searched a lot, after a 2 minutes, I saw the suggest option in footer. It is better to mention the exact position of the suggest option.
2. If I click on suggest option, it is showing that the page is not found.
