mistake in user part

### Description of issue
1. While logging in, the password is visible. I hope you know that how the password should be.
2. In readme file, you said to enter the required the information in profile page. but It is already prefilled.
3. In readme file, you said that it will redirect to home page after editing our profile, but it is redirecting to profile page.
