Accepting the space and special characters.

### Description of issue
Full name and Username are accepting the space.
Phone number is accepting the alphabets and accepting the more than 10 numbers.

### Expected result
Full name and Username should not accept the space and phone number should not accept alphabets.

### Actual result
Without spaces in Full name and Username and without alphabets in phone number. after that only user allowed for registration.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Only alphabet should be allowed in Full name and Username.
2. Only number and 10 numbers should be allowed register.
