Email send validation

### Description of the issue
Help page should I click the send now button the mail has sanded and the alert is show "The email send successfully"

### Expected result
If I didn't fill the email and name in input form and click the send now button, the alert is show on fill the input form.

### Actual result
I didn't fill the form if I click the send now button the alert has show successfully send the email.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to home page dashboard
2. Click the help button
2. Do not fill the form and click the send now button
3.
