### Description of issue
I increase the quantity value the count is increase but if I refresh the page, the quantity value shows one .
### Expected result
If I increase the quantity value, the quantity want to increase.
### Actual result
If I increase the quantity value , the count is increase but If I refresh the page the quantity value shows one .
### Steps to reproduce
1. Go the cart page.
2. Increase the quantity value.
3. Refresh the page.
