volunteers list page issue

### Description of issue

If I click the volunteers list button it go incomplete form page its did not worked the function

### Expected result ;

correct function volunteers list page

### Actual result ;

Did not work the function and list details page

### Steps to reproduce
1. give a correct function
2. complete the form page and validation
3. Make a volunteers list page
