### Description of issue :

If I click the comment button its not working and if I click the delete button its show incorrect view details and not meaning full buttons colour pattern is not good

### Expected result :

Meaning full buttons and good colour pattern

### Actual result :

Incorrect view meaningless buttons colour pattern is not good

### Steps to reproduce :
1. give a correct functions view
2. give a colour for buttons
3. give a comment function
