confirm password issue

### Description of issue
While registering to new user if password and confirm password not match then also it going to login page

### Expected result
Not to redirect to login page when password and confirm password don't match

### Actual result
Redirecting to login page even if password and confirm password password don't match

1. Check the password and confirm password and then register to new user
