The current stable build is not building https://github.com/fsprojects/Paket/tree/5.258.1 — if I wanted to contribute a fix to https://github.com/fsprojects/Paket/issues/1873 I would need a build to start from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/paket/paket/builds/39734439
