Description
Changed how I work with paket to new way using dotnet as in tutorials: paket keeps installing packages to C:\User\XYZ\.nuget\packages rather than locally in project root. How do I change this behaviour!? Strangely, using Nuget from within Visual Studio 2019 yield same results installing in that global folder. Thanx
