Description
After fixing https://github.com/fsprojects/Paket/issues/2792 it is still broken:
I think there is also some other issue which breaks fake https://github.com/fsharp/FAKE/pull/2192
I'm trying to figure out what's going on and update this post
/cc @enricosada who might have an idea about the recent package changes which might introduce this break.
