Conflict output could be more useful

Hi,
I see something like:
Conflict detected:
- Dependencies file requested package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore: >= 0 ["~"; "1.1"]*
- Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational 2.1.4 requested package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore: >= 2.1.4
in the paket install log.
My question for this kinds of case is; why doesn't it tell me what is depending on Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational 2.1.4? This is a transitive dependency in my setup.
And why does it not just try Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational < 2.1.4?
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the version resolution algorithm, but this output could at least be more helpful in letting me understand what is going on.
