Description
I cannot get Paket Install to succeed. I have run it in verbose mode to see any errors and I can see issues with a Newtonsoft serialization?
Otherwise I'm at a loss, it's still running now, some minutes later - I have attached the log file up to this point, I hope it will be useful?
