Description
As of now Fake build script supports test database deployment (AdventureWorks2012 + extras) only into on-prem SQL Server.
Change it to support SQL Azure too.
Most likely this involves going away from *.mdf file to script based deployment.

Research direction
Start by locating the Fake build script and its AdventureWorks2012 test database deployment configuration. Compare the current .mdf-based deployment with the proposed script-based approach for SQL Azure; done means the test database and extras deploy successfully to SQL Azure as well as on-prem SQL Server.
