Description

There is `FSharp.Stats.Optimization.Brent` and `FSharp.Stats.Rootfinding.Brent`, both without proper documentation.

- [ ] clarify if methods are compatible
- [ ] decide for more performant version and put it in Optimization namespace
- [ ] add documentation
