Setup a server monitoring tool

I think it would be nice if we had a subdomain that showed some server statistics. I looked around a bit and found [Linux Dash](https://github.com/afaqurk/linux-dash) which looks like something I had in mind. This would remove the need of server access to see the server staus as well as the hassle of SSH and then running `htop` or something similar to view it. I realise that this might not be used to a crazy extent, since the server's performance is never an issue today. However, it still feels like something quite obvious to have.
