Make sure that one sober mentor from every group (mission or mentor) has a place on every sittning during the introduction

The event creators has already determined if it is an event for mission or mentor group, so when a mentor group is signing up and the places for the event is distributed, it needs to make sure that at least one mentor per group is allowed to go and that they get no or non alcoholic drink package.
